What is photography all about?
Just because someone said something is trendy and modern today doesn’t mean you have to do it. Don’t be a one-year trend, be timeless!
Be yourself - Show yourself - Enjoy yourself
You are the important ones on your wedding day - it's all about you! You have to have fun, to be comfortable around everything that's happening that day, and to spread your love.
When it comes to wedding photography pricing, it's a lot more than just capturing moments. It’s about preserving memories that will last a lifetime.
Think of it like this: you're not just paying for photos, you're investing in an artist's time and talent. They're not just there on your wedding day, they spend hours editing and perfecting your memories.
Not only that, there's only one chance to get the shot right, there are no redos.
The cost varies based on factors like the package you choose, and the extras you might want... And remember, this isn’t just a transaction, it’s a partnership in capturing the essence of your love story.
Wedding photography benefits from various experiences, significantly from a combination of technical skill, creativity, and an understanding of the nuances specific to capturing weddings. Experience in various types of photography, especially events and portraits, can be invaluable.
Before every wedding, we have to prepare ourselves which means: Communicating with clients to have a detailed plan of their expectations, shot list, venue, and schedule. Scouting the location, visiting the venue, searching for potential photo spots, and familiarising with any restrictions. Gear check to ensure all necessary equipment is in working order. Backup plan in case of unexpected circumstances (like bad weather etc.). Be prepared to adjust camera settings according to different lighting conditions throughout the day. Wear appropriate and comfortable clothing and footwear to move around easily. Stay focused, and be mindful of capturing key moments while being unobtrusive and respectful during the ceremony.
A full-day wedding day usually means 10 or more hours of work. The more hours we are there, the more photos you can expect to get. Something that is not visible to our clients is backing up all the photos, a process made immediately after the wedding. Better safe than sorry 😉
Plan for post-wedding editing, including culling, editing, and delivering the final images within the agreed-upon timeline.
A lot of our time goes into this part of the wedding. Creating photos on your wedding day is one crucial part of the process, but post-production is where the magic kicks in.
Wedding photographers typically use a range of equipment to capture the special moments of a wedding day. Here's a brief overview: 2-3 cameras, various lenses and flashes, which have their lifespan and need to be replaced every few years, batteries, a lot of memory cards, hard drives for backups, tripods... and not to forget a laptop or computer (or both), programs for editing...
Many of us have to be our own content writers, managers and marketing specialists (or we can pay others to do that), which means we have to handle our online presence by creating a professional website showcasing portfolios, testimonials, and contact information, using social media platforms to share work, engage with potential clients, and build an online following, networking by building relationships with wedding planners, vendors, venues, and other professionals in the industry, SEO and Online Advertising, collecting client testimonials and referrals (positive client testimonials and encouraging word-of-mouth referrals, which are powerful tools in attracting new clients)

Where are you based and do you travel for weddings?
I am based in Zagreb and YES! I will travel to capture your love.
I am available all over Croatia and open to work all around the globe. I like to travel and explore new places.
What is the best time to go on a session?
At sunset, when the colours in the sky give us the golden glow on your skin, hair, dress... I LOVE SUNSETS!
Basically, every part of the day is good. Having the two of you and your love in front of my camera is all I need.
I like sunsets not only because of the golden colors on your skin, hair, dress/suit... but because the emotions that combine with that light... I'm melting down of happiness!
Everyone should take some part of their time to make some memories that will last forever!
What is the best location to get married?
I believe there is no "best location" because every single one of us is different and love other things and kind of places. Some of us love mountains, beaches, sunflower fields or some lovely garden, mind-blowing interiors, churches... it is so individual.
Summing up - "THE BEST LOCATION" is the place you two like, that represents who you are and what you love to do!
Dare to be different!
How many images will we get?
You'll get around 500-1000 fully edited high-resolution digital photos for a full wedding day. The amount varies from wedding to wedding.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
You can expect to have your photos in 6-8 weeks after your wedding day.
Do you offer albums?
I offer high-quality fine art albums. You can see some examples /here/.
What if We are not comfortable in front of a camera?
Don't worry, my approach is silent and you won't even notice me. You can be yourself and enjoy your moment.
Enjoy your day, smile, have fun with your guests, be what you are in front of each other and make your love shine. That's the only way to capture some authentic and real love moments.
When needed, I will approach and tell you what to do, throughout your whole wedding day. I've got you covered! The same applies to you, if you or anyone else needs me, feel free to grab me and I'll take care of anything.
